How do I track my order?

You should receive an email alerting you that your product has shipping along with tracking information. If for whatever reason you don't get an email just contact me and let me know and I will get that information for you.

 

How long should it take to get my products?

Processing and shipping time can take up to 5 to 10 business days. I will let you know if for some reason it is taking longer to process than normal. 

 

 What are your delivery options?

I typically send my products out with a standard First Class shipping with USPS. 

 

How do I return an item


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase just contact me and let me know the reason for wanting to return. Some items I do not offer exchanges on but will work with you to find a solution or offer a refund.

 

What does it mean to Pre-Order?

Pre-order means that I have not yet ordered the product from the vendor. It can range from 7 days to 2 Weeks from the date of your purchase that I will receive the products you have ordered.  Then your order would be shipped to you along with an email that will have your tracking information, If for whatever reason there is a delay with the vendor you will be contacted with the date to be expected. 

Do you provide International delivery?

I currently only ship to the United States.

 

 

What is your returns policy?

You can return your product for up to 7 days from the date you received your products. Only unwashed unworn (other than trying on) clothing items with original tags will be accepted. SeneGence products have a 30 day return policy after receiving for full refund or exchanges.
